Bell Challenge Day 5 - Exmouth, 1 January 2027
Bell Challenge Day 5 is an 8 hour timed road event organised by Running Events Devon at Capel Lane, Exmouth on 1 January 2027. The course is an accurately measured road route on tarmac, laid out as an out and back along a scenic section of an old disused train line. Each lap is 5.3 km and the route is mainly flat with a few rises.
The organiser operates a TUGG system (Turn Up Get Going) that allows flexible starts within the event operating window; participants must reach the finish of their final lap by the event cut-off time. Runners and walkers may complete as many laps as they can within the permitted period; completing one or multiple laps constitutes a finish and entitles the participant to the event medal.
