Bell Challenge Day 2 2027
Bell Challenge Day 2 2027 is scheduled for Saturday, 1 January 2028 at Capel Lane, Exmouth. The event is an 8 hour timed challenge run on a measured, classified road course. Each lap is 5.3 km on an out and back route that follows an old disused train line and is surfaced entirely on tarmac. The course is mainly flat with a few rises and runs on road and pavement.
Organisers operate a "TUGG" system (Turn Up Get Going), which allows flexible start times within the event window; participants must complete their final lap within the permitted time. Entrants may record any number of laps up to the time limit; finishers are eligible to collect an event medal.
Entry is limited to 100 participants and the minimum age is 18 years. Entries close on 31 December 2027. Pricing is published in four categories: Affiliated, Unattached, Affiliated No Perks, and Unattached No Perks, with differing fees for each category.
