Final Countdown 10K - Sidmouth
The Final Countdown is a trail 10K held on New Year's Eve 2026 in Sidmouth, East Devon. The event starts on Sidmouth seafront and follows sections of the South West Coast Path before moving inland for a large loop around Mutters Moor and nearby woodland trails. The route finishes in Connaught Gardens.
The event is part of the Winter Trail Series. All finishers receive a bespoke "Final Countdown" medal. There is a 2 hour cut off for the course. Entry fees are listed as Affiliated £23 and Unaffiliated £25. Runners must be over 18 and trail shoes are mandatory.
Prizes are awarded to the first three male and female finishers. Age-group awards are available in the following categories: MV40, FV40, MV50, FV50, MV60, FV60, MV70, FV70. Team awards are given for Men’s Team (three men), Women’s Team (three women), and Mixed Team (two men and two women).
