Event Overview
The Ultratrax Cranmore event takes place on June 27, 2026 in North Conway, New Hampshire. It is a summer event with an average temperature of 76°F.
Course Details
The route is a 7-mile loop on Cranmore Mountain with 1,775 feet of elevation gain. The terrain is varied, beginning on forest single-track and old ski-trail roads, winding through woodland paths and gentle ridgelines. It features valley views over North Conway and the surrounding White Mountains. The finish is back at the base area after a descent down wide ski-trail corridors.
Participants can choose from four levels, each based on completing a set number of loops:
- Level 1: One full loop.
- Level 2: Two full loops.
- Level 3: Three full loops.
- Level 4: Four full loops.
All levels offer the option to add weight via a vest or ruck. The event has a 10-hour time limit to officially finish. The course is professionally timed and well-marked with signage and volunteers at key points.
Additional Information
All participants receive a commemorative patch and an UltraTrax finisher shirt. Those completing Level 3 or 4 also receive a Grey Wolf Medal. A post-event celebration includes food, cold drinks, and professional photos. A portion of registration fees supports the Conservation Lands Foundation.
