White Lake Ultras
White Lake Ultras is a timed trail event held over a weekend in early May at White Lake State Park in Tamworth, New Hampshire. The event features multiple fixed-time races run on a looped trail course that starts and finishes on a beach. Runners may set up their own supplies at the start/finish area for access each loop.
The course is a slightly technical, approximately 2.0 mile loop that is 99% single track with a short section of beach and sidewalk. Each loop has about 50 feet of vertical ascent and reaches a maximum elevation near 440 feet. Aid is provided at one well stocked station at the start/finish; food at the aid station is for runners only. Drop bags may be left at the start/finish and accessed on each loop.
Crew space is available near the start/finish with room for a 10x10 canopy. Pacers are not allowed, though participants can register for different fixed-time races to run together. There are no qualifying requirements for entry. Live split tracking is available during the race weekend. Course records and past results are maintained for the event.
