Course and Event Format

The White Lake Ultras is a timed loop event taking place at White Lake State Park in Tamworth, New Hampshire. Participants can run for 6, 12, or 24 hours on a 2-mile single-track loop. The course circles forested lakefront trails and includes a short section of beach and sidewalk. Each loop has approximately 50 feet of vertical ascent.

There is one aid station at the start/finish area on the beach. The event is cupless; participants must bring their own hydration system (bottle, cup, or vest) as disposable cups are not provided. The beach area near the start/finish has space for runners to set up their gear and be with their crew.
