Course details
The race is a point-to-point, mostly downhill mountain course that passes through a dark tunnel. The course drops just over 2,000 feet in elevation between the start and finish. The route is USATF certified (WA21010RMB). Organizers report that roughly 40% of finishers have achieved Boston Marathon qualifying times on this course in past years.
