Uforea - Troy, NC
Uforea is a trail running event organized by Uwharrie Events in Troy, NC, held on April 17, 2027. The course tours the Uwharrie and Dutchman's Creek trail systems and takes place on land managed as Uwharrie National Forest under a Special Use Permit.
The event features two separate 50K races and a combined 100K option. Each 50K uses a large 20.5 mile loop followed by a lower 11.4 mile loop to complete a "32-ish" mile course. The Ultimate 100K is the combination of the daytime and nighttime 50K races, with overall standings determined by combined times.

- 50K Daytime route covering the two-loop course
- 50K Nighttime route covering the two-loop course
- 100K Ultimate combining daytime then nighttime 50Ks
Participant limits are stated as 100 for the Ultimate 100K, and 50 each for Daytime-only and Nighttime-only entries. Overall awards are offered to the top three male and top three female finishers in each category.
Registration closes April 10. The refund policy allows 50% refunds until January 1, does not offer full refunds or bib transfers, allows a single deferment, and may grant 100% credit for certain unforeseen circumstances subject to individual review.
