North Cornwall trail event in Polzeath
The event is based in Polzeath on the North Cornwall coast and is scheduled for 9 January 2027. Each race begins on the village beach and follows coastal trails that pass the Pentire Peninsula, fishing villages and valleys before returning to Polzeath. The courses run along sand, rock, trail and grass and are described as severe terrain with notable elevation gain.
Runners who complete any distance will be awarded points and listed in the Endurancelife Season Leader Board for the 2026-2027 season. Registered participants are asked to check in online about two weeks before the event; the check-in includes confirming personal details and watching a mandatory event safety video.
Event services and features listed for participants include fully marked courses, electronic timing with split printouts, a finishers medal, on-site amenities, an energy bar, and event parking where charges may apply. Organiser policies include a 30 day full refund option for changes of mind, entry transfers up to 14 days before the event, and refund or transfer options if the event is cancelled or postponed.
