North Cornwall Coastal Trail Run
The event is based in Polzeath and begins on the village's golden beach. Routes run north eastwards along miles of unspoilt coastline and include the Pentire Peninsula, small fishing villages and coastal valleys before returning to Polzeath. The courses involve notable elevation gain and are described as severe terrain with trail, sand, rock and grass underfoot.
The event is part of the Endurancelife 2026-27 trail running season and finishers earn points toward the Season Leader Board. Registered participants will be asked to check in online about two weeks before the event and to watch a mandatory event safety video as part of the check-in process.
Event features listed for entries include electronic timing with split printouts, fully marked courses, a finishers medal, on-site amenities and an afterparty. Entries are covered by a 30 day full refund option for changes of mind, transfer options up to 14 days before the event and flexibility to change events up to 30 days prior. Parking may carry charges; additional event add-ons include a safety kit and short post-event massages.
