North Cornwall Coastal Trail Run : Polzeath
The event is based in Polzeath and starts on the village beach, following the north Cornwall coast northeastwards. Courses run along miles of unspoilt coastline and use a mix of trail, sand, rock and grass under conditions described as severe terrain. The routes include significant elevation gain and pass the Pentire Peninsula, small fishing villages and coastal valleys before returning to Polzeath. The Atlantic Sea serves as a coastal backdrop.

- Half Marathon - 13.3 miles, ascent 2654 ft
- Marathon - 26.1 miles, ascent 5767 ft
- Ultra - 31.4 miles, ascent 6558 ft
The event is part of the season leaderboard and awards points to finishers for overall season scoring. Participants are asked to complete online check-in about two weeks before the event, including confirming emergency contact details and viewing a mandatory safety video. Entries include a fully marked course, electronic timing with splits, a finishers medal, an energy bar and on-site amenities.
