Twisted Ankle Trail Race - Summerville, GA
The Twisted Ankle Trail Race takes place on September 12, 2026, at Sloppy Floyd State Park near Summerville, GA. Registration closes on September 1 at 11:59 PM ET. The 2026 event marks the 20th running of Becky's Bluff and 20 years of donating all proceeds to the park. For 2026 only, a special "Double The Fun" 20-mile distance is offered.

- 10 mile (about 10 miles)
- Half marathon (about 13.1 miles)
- 20 mile special option with two trips up Becky's Bluff
Course details note a mixture of wide trails and some single-track sections. Runners on the 10 mile, half marathon, and 20-mile routes reach Becky's Bluff and include a short segment on the Pinhoti Trail. The route also goes up to Marble Mine and features natural trail surfaces with rocks and roots.
