Tuscarora Nation 10K Run & 2.5 Mile Run/Walk : Lewiston, NY
The Tuscarora Nation 10K and 2.5 Mile Run/Walk is an annual community road event held in conjunction with the Tuscarora Nation Picnic and Field Days. The 2026 edition is the 46th running of the event and takes place at Tuscarora Elementary School in Lewiston, New York, with proceeds used to fund improvements to the picnic grove area.
Course details include a USATF certified 10 km course (certificate NY18024JJ). Professional timing and finish line services using Jaguar Electronic RFID timing are provided by Race Management Solutions, with live results and downloadable finisher certificates available after finishing.

Registration is offered online through July 10, 2026 at 8:00 pm, with race day paper registration available for those on the reservation. Official event t-shirts are guaranteed to participants who register by July 1; a limited number of extra shirts will be distributed first come, first served. Fee tiers differ for Tuscarora Nation residents, general entrants, and students for the 2.5 mile event.
Parking is available at Tuscarora School with overflow at the Nation House across the street; participants are asked not to park on the road shoulder. Awards for the 10K include a prize for top overall male and female finishers plus age group recognitions; the 2.5 mile event awards the top three overall male and female finishers.
