Wagner's Tuscaloosa Turkey Trot
The 18th annual Wagner's Tuscaloosa Turkey Trot takes place on November 21, 2026, in Northport, Alabama, at Wagner’s Team, 406 Bridge Ave. The event includes a 2 mile running race.
The event is organized as a family friendly community run that welcomes participants of all ages and experience levels. Organizers report an updated course will be used this year and additional course details will be provided later.
Race proceeds will benefit two local nonprofits: Magic Moments and Tuscaloosa Angels. Magic Moments is Alabama’s only wish granting organization for children with chronic life threatening medical conditions. Tuscaloosa Angels is a nonprofit that supports children, youth, and families in the local foster care community through consistent giving, relationship building, and mentorship. Last year the event donated over $10,000 to charity.
Registration pricing is published for individual and family entries, with an individual registrant listed at $25 and family tiers of $33 for two, $41 for three, $49 for four, $57 for five, and $65 for six. T shirts are optional and available for $9 each; they are not included in the base registration cost. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
