Turkey Trot USA 5K & Marshmallow Mile - Roanoke, TX
Turkey Trot USA & Marshmallow Mile is a Thanksgiving morning race held in Historic Downtown Roanoke, Texas. The event offers a community-focused 5K route that is mostly flat and a shorter Marshmallow Mile aimed at children and families. The 5K is professionally chip timed and provides live results.

Race amenities include an all-over sublimated long sleeve performance shirt, a custom finisher medal with an attached Marshmallow Mile Man charm, and complimentary hot coffee and hot chocolate at the finish. Aid stations with water and hydration are placed along the course; exact locations are announced before the race. Dogs and strollers are allowed with the request that those participants start toward the back of the field and remain courteous to others. Costumes are encouraged and awards are given for best costumes.
Awards are presented to top overall male and female finishers, overall masters, and top finishers across multiple age groups; awards must be claimed in person and will not be mailed. Free parking is available throughout Historic Downtown Roanoke with additional public lots within a short walk of the start. The event is rain or shine, with modifications possible in severe weather.
