Turkey Trot - Summerville
The event is scheduled for November 14, 2026 in Summerville, Georgia, with the course starting and ending at Dowdy Park near the train depot in downtown Summerville. It is the third annual edition and is presented in partnership with the Pregnancy Resource Center of Chattooga County.
The program includes:
- 5K road race
- 2 mile health walk
The 5K course is relatively flat with two hills each under a 2% grade. A water station will be provided at the midpoint of the course. Awards are given to the overall winners and to male and female age-division winners. Additional awards include a Grand Masters prize for the oldest runner and a Young Timers prize for the youngest participant.
