Sparta Education Foundation’s 20th Annual Turkey Trot
The Sparta Education Foundation’s 20th Annual Turkey Trot is a community fundraising run presented by Krogh’s in Sparta, New Jersey. The event includes two organized distances and a social meal for registered participants at Lake Mohawk Country Club.

The start line is in front of Krogh’s Restaurant and Brew Pub at 23 White Deer Plaza, Sparta. Bib pick-up and on-site registration take place in the main ballroom of Lake Mohawk Country Club with options the day before and on race morning. T-shirts are provided while supplies last and bibs are required for all participants.
The course is an out and back route. Walkers and participants with dogs or strollers are asked to stay to the right and to start at the back of the pack to allow runners clear passage. Participants must be registered and wear a bib; unregistered participants are not permitted. The event is a fundraiser and proceeds support Sparta Public Schools.
Available parking locations include the Lake Mohawk Country Club parking lot and Mohawk Avenue School at 18 Mohawk Avenue.
