The course is a 4-mile run on pavement and a bike trail. It is a two-mile out-and-back route. The route will be marked with flags and arrow signs at major turns.
Event Features
All runners will receive a turkey hat. Timing is described as "old school"; finishers receive a numbered popsicle stick to turn in. Packet pick-up, race day sign-ups, and post-race amenities including water, snacks, coffee, and Gatorade are located in the community center. The event also includes a "Turkey Bowling" activity using a frozen turkey, where raffle winners can bowl for prizes.

The organizer notes that the weather is typically cold and advises dressing accordingly. The community center is available to warm up in after the race.
