Event overview
The 34th Annual 5K Turkey Bowl Race takes place on November 27, 2025 in Honey Brook, PA (31 Lasso Dr, 19344). The event includes the following distances:
- 5K (3.1 miles)
- 1 Mile Children’s Fun Run
The 5K is described as a cross-country type course that starts inside the main part of the camp, goes around the lake, and passes up through the woods. The route uses a mixture of paved, gravel, and grassy paths and includes some hills. The 1 Mile Children’s Fun Run stays on the camp’s main campus and precedes the 5K.
Logistics and awards
Registration and packet pick-up take place in the camp Dining Hall on race day; preregistered participants can use a pre-registered check-in table to pick up bibs and shirts. Parking is in the field by the lake on the north side of Beaver Dam Rd; restrooms are available onsite. T-shirts are guaranteed to runners who register by November 13, 2025 and provided while supplies last afterward. Entry fees listed are $30 for the 5K through November 13 and $40 after that date, and $10 for the 1 Mile Fun Run.
All child finishers of the 1 Mile Fun Run receive a finisher's medal. The 5K awards first place trophies to overall male and female winners and medals to the top three male and female finishers in each age group.
