Event Overview
The Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk - Northern Delaware is an inaugural community event held in Wilmington. Course Information
Participants will complete a 5 km (3.1 miles) route. This event is open to individuals of various experience levels, with participants having the option to run or walk the distance. Participant Details
The event accommodates different categories of participants:

Strollers and wheelchairs are permitted on the course. Participants are also allowed to wear firefighter turnout gear or military backpacks. A water station is provided along the route, with additional water available at the start and finish area. Medical staff from an Emergency Medical Service team will be present on-site.
Logistics
Race packets can be picked up at the start and finish area on the morning of the event. Participants are required to display their bib numbers on the front of their outermost clothing. Runners who anticipate a pace faster than six minutes per mile are positioned in a front corral.
