Event Overview
The Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk in Lincoln, Nebraska, is part of a national series held to honor the memory of those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001. Course and Participation

Participants may use strollers, wheelchairs, or backpacks on the course; however, bicycles, roller blades, and pets are not permitted. A water station is located along the route, with additional water available at the start and finish lines.

The event takes place at Mahoney Park, located at 3600 N 70th St. Parking is available in the lots situated along Elton Lux Memorial Drive. Local food trucks and vendors are scheduled to be on-site to provide food and snacks. Registered participants receive an event T-shirt, though size availability is only guaranteed for those who register by July 27th.
