Tuesdays In The Park Ice Cream 5K & Kids Fun Run July 22
This event is the July stop in a summer series of community races presented by Keystone Running Store and directed by The RUNegades. It takes place at Pottstown Riverfront Park, 140 College Drive, Pottstown, PA 19464, and is held as one of four monthly events between May and August. Race-day registration is available at the park.
The program includes a 5K road race and a separate kids fun mile for children 10 and under. Awards are given to the top overall male and female finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in each listed age division. Age divisions for the 5K are 12 and under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80 and over.
Amenities noted by the organizer include ice cream provided to all runners after the race and a free beer offered to runners 21 and over at the Iron Gate Biergarten at 230 East High Street.
