Event Overview
The Tucson Shamrock Half Marathon is a multi-distance running event featuring three on-site distances: a Half Marathon, a 10K, and a 5K. There is also a virtual run option. The event takes place on Sunday, March 8, 2026, at Brandi Fenton Memorial Park in Tucson, Arizona.
Distances & Registration
Participants can register for:

Registration fees increase over several periods, concluding with race-day pricing. Mail-in registration is accepted until March 2, 2026. Race-day registration opens at 6:30 AM.
Included with Registration
All participants receive a custom event medal and can choose a custom event tech shirt. A pre- and post-race "Runner's Brunch" is provided. The event is chip-timed, with real-time results and photos available online. Age group awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each age group for the half marathon, 10K, and 5K.
Course & Logistics
The courses use dedicated asphalt and concrete running trails that start and finish at Brandi Fenton Memorial Park. The trails are open to the public and will not be closed for the event.
- Aid stations provide water and Gatorade. GU energy gels are available on the half marathon course.
- Restrooms are located at specified points on the course.
- The half marathon has a 4-hour time limit.
Strollers and leashed pets are welcome. There is no bag check.
Special Feature
For the 5K distance, a "Chase the Leprechaun" game will take place. A participant dressed as a leprechaun will be on the course, and any 5K runner who passes them will receive a prize at the finish line.
Packet Pickup
Packet pickup is available on Saturday, March 7, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Road Runner Sports (7113 N Oracle Rd, Tucson). It is also available on race day starting at 6:30 AM. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
