Tryon Farm 4 Miler/8 Miler/25k/50k and 2 mile Fun Run/Walk
This event takes place at Tryon Farm in Michigan City, Indiana on October 3, 2026. It offers multiple distances and uses a repeated loop format based on a 4 mile circuit through the farm.

The course is a 4 mile loop that combines open grassy fields, single track dirt trails and very small sections of pavement to connect parts of the trail system. A main station is located at the start and finish area. There is an unmanned water and Gatorade aid station near the 1.5 mile mark. Two port-a-potties are available at the main station and there are no bathrooms on the course. Participants are asked to wear their bib on the front of their shirt so laps can be counted.
There is no parking at the start/finish area; parking is provided across the street at Head Start of LaPorte County, 811 Royal Rd, with a short walk to the event area. Course traces are available on the Relive app and on Strava. Proceeds benefit the Tryon Farm Institute. The event is organized by the Crazy Legs Race Series, which promotes non pavement and pavement races in the Northwest Indiana region and includes an inclusivity statement and a land acknowledgment.
