TRYKA Birmingham Winter Event
The TRYKA Birmingham Winter Event takes place at the NEC Birmingham, United Kingdom, on 13 to 14 February 2027. The event runs across two days and presents multiple race categories and competition formats.
The event includes these main race formats:
- TRYKA 800: Eight 800m runs, eight workout stations, one 40m sprint finish.
- TRYKA 500: Eight 500m runs, eight workout stations, one 40m sprint finish.
Both formats follow the same sequence of workout stations between runs. Stations include SkiErg 1000m, Kettlebell Farmers Carry 200m, RamThrusters 60 reps, Sled Push 50m, Sled Pull 50m, Rower 1000m, Walking Lunges 100m, and Burpee Broad Jumps 80m.
Categories are offered for men, women, mixed doubles, singles, doubles, relays, and junior events. Races are organised into Open and Pro divisions and additional age divisions. Each participant receives a finisher’s patch after their race. Podium finishers receive medals; winning all five events in the season links those medals into a single trophy.
