Event Information
The Chocolate Run is an annual event held in Vancouver's Stanley Park. The 11th edition will take place on Saturday, March 7, 2026.
Participants can choose from three distances:

**10K** - Half Marathon
The start and finish is at Lumberman's Arch in Stanley Park. The courses use the Seawall, a fully-paved pathway that loops around the park along the coastline. The route offers views of the city, the northern mountains, and the Lion's Gate Bridge.
Services and Amenities
Registration includes a race bib, a souvenir toque, a finishing medal (while supplies last), and chocolate. Individual chip timing is used. A bag check is available by donation at the charity table near the start/finish. Snacks are provided after the event. Random draw prizes are awarded to participants who cross the start line.
Water stations are located on the courses: none on the 5K route, one on the 10K route, and three on the Half Marathon route. Washrooms are available at the start/finish, Water Park, and 2nd Beach Pool.
Award placing medals are given to the overall top three male and female finishers. Finish line photos are taken by a photography partner. The event's partner charity is the Strathcona Community Policing Centre.
Access and Practical Info
Stanley Park is accessible by bus (TransLink #19 to Stanley Park Loop Bay 1) or by car via the main entrance at the west end of Georgia Street. Recommended parking is available nearby.
