Event
The Chocolate Run is the 11th annual running event scheduled for Saturday, March 7, 2026. The race takes place at Stanley Park, starting from Lumberman’s Arch, and uses sections of the Stanley Park Seawall that run along the park’s northern, western and southern coastlines. The route offers views of the city, the northern mountains, and the Lion’s Gate Bridge.

Registration fees vary by distance and registration period; examples listed are:
- 5K: $53 to $65
- 10K: $58 to $70
- Half Marathon: $78 to $100
Registration includes a race kit, race bib, individual timing (tag attached to the shoe), post-race snacks, participant insurance, and access to random draw prizes. A souvenir finishing medal and event socks are provided while supplies last. Participants must attach the timing tag to their shoe laces and return the timing tag after the race to avoid a $40 charge. The race recommends package pick-up for race kits; leftover supplies after the start may be used for size changes, donations, or sale.
On-course services: no water station on the 5K, one water station on the 10K, and two water stations on the Half Marathon route. Bag check is available by donation at the charity table near the start/finish. Public washrooms are at the start/finish, Water Park, and 2nd Beach Pool.
