West Van Run
The West Van Run is a running event held in West Vancouver. The event takes place over two days, on March 7 and 8, 2026. It offers several race distances.
Available distances:
- 5 km (run/walk) - on Saturday, March 7.
- 10 km (run/walk) - on Sunday, March 8.
- The Double - participation in both the 5 km and 10 km races across the two days.
- 1 km Kids - for children 13 years and under, offered on both Saturday and Sunday.
- Virtual options for the 5 km, 10 km, 1 km Kids, and The Double, to be completed anywhere during the event weekend.
Standard registration is open until March 4, but may close earlier if the event sells out. Registration fees start at CA$33.33 for the kids' run. Online registrations include a processing fee. No refunds or transfers are accepted.
A "Post-Sweat party" is scheduled after each main race. The event is associated with Special Olympics BC for fundraising. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
