Event Overview

The Trufant Jubilee "Stump Chasers" is a 5k run/walk held annually in September. It takes place during the Great Trufant Jubilee at 303 N C St in Trufant, Michigan.

Course and Logistics

The event starts at the north entrance and parking area of the Trufant Flea Market. Participants proceed to the start line, then travel on country roads before returning to the registration area. A water station is provided along the route, with light snacks and water available at the finish. Runners and walkers start together. Packet pickup is on race day morning.

Registration and Pricing

Registration opens on May 1. The base registration price is $30 until August 23, which includes a guaranteed t-shirt. The price increases to $35 (limited shirts) and then $40 on race day with no shirt guarantee. A family or group discount saves $3 per person for four or more registrations.

Awards and Timing

The event is professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation, with live and online results posted. Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each age group, as well as overall winners. All finishers are eligible for raffle prizes.
