Trufant Jubilee "Stump Chasers" 5k : overview
The Trufant Jubilee "Stump Chasers" is a 5K run/walk held on Sunday, September 6, 2026, in Trufant, Michigan (303 N C St, Trufant, MI 49347). The course starts near the north entrance/parking area of the Trufant Flea Market, proceeds up 4th Street to Kohler, follows country roads and returns to the registration area. There is one water station along the route and light snacks and water at the finish. Runners and walkers start together. Part of the race proceeds will benefit the Michigan Lyme Disease Association. Raffle prizes are possible for both runners and walkers.
Registration, timing and awards
Standard registration pricing and shirt guarantees are date-based: $30 through August 23 with a shirt guaranteed, $35 after that with limited shirts, and $40 on race day with no shirt guaranteed. A family/group discount of $3 per person applies when registering four or more people together. Packet pickup is available on race morning at 8:00 am. The 5K is professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation with live and online results. Awards are presented after the race to the top three finishers in each age group, male and female, and overall. Age brackets: 12 & Under; 13-17; 18-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60 & Over.
