Trowse 10k
The Trowse 10k is an annual road race organised by the City of Norwich Athletic Club. The event is based at the Norfolk Snowsports Club in Whitlingham Lane, Trowse, on the southern outskirts of Norwich.
The course begins with a section beside Whitlingham Broad. The route then follows a two-lap circuit on quiet roads through the village of Trowse and close to Whitlingham Hall.
The race was first held in 2005. It is licensed by England Athletics under UK Athletics Rules for Competition, with licence number 30718. The course measurement is certified as accurate, with certificate number 2022/512, valid for 10 years. Participants must be at least 16 years old on race day. The use of headphones or earbuds, including bone conduction headphones, is not permitted.
The event receives sponsorship from Sportlink and has support from Crown Point Estate and Whitlingham Country Park. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
