Event
Trowse 10k is a road race scheduled as the 21st edition on Sunday, 15 March 2026. The event is organised by City of Norwich AC and is based at the Norfolk Snowsports Club in Whitlingham Lane, Trowse, on the southern outskirts of Norwich. The race distance is 10k. The minimum age to enter is 16 years on race day.
Course and rules
The route runs beside Whitlingham Broad and follows a two-lap course along quiet roads through the heart of Trowse and close to Whitlingham Hall. No devices with headphones or earbuds, including bone conduction headphones, may be worn while racing. The event holds a licensed course and a certificate of course accuracy.
Entries, prizes and extras
There are separate affiliated and unaffiliated entry options with published entry fees. Entries are non-refundable and cannot be deferred; transfers to another runner are permitted until midnight on 7 March 2026. Prizes are awarded to the overall first, second and third male and female finishers and to age category winners. Organisers offer a training opportunity limited to 20 signed-up beginner runners aiming for a sub 80 minute 10k. Participants may choose a finisher’s medal or to donate to a local charity.
