Race Details
The Trowse 10K is a 10 km road race. The event is based at the Norfolk Snowsports Club on Whitlingham Lane in Trowse, on the southern outskirts of Norwich.
Course Information
The course begins with a run beside Whitlingham Broad. Competitors then follow a two-lap route along quiet roads through the heart of Trowse and near Whitlingham Hall.
Event Information
The minimum age for participants is 16 years on race day. The use of headphones, earbuds, or bone conduction headphones is not permitted while racing. The race holds a UK Athletics road race licence (number 30718).
