Trot Thru The Terrace 5K, 10K & 1 Mile
The event takes place at Riverhills Park in Temple Terrace, Florida, near 329 S. Riverhills Drive. The chip-timed 5K and 10K routes run through a residential golf course community noted for oak tree canopies. The courses are described as mostly flat.
Distances offered:
- 10K 6.2 miles
- 5K 3.1 miles
- 1 Mile Run/Walk 1 mile
- Virtual option for 3.1 or 6.2 miles
Registered participants receive a race day t-shirt (shirts guaranteed for registrations by 11/01/2026), a race swag bag, a finishers medal, a race bib, and light nourishment at the finish area. The virtual option includes shipping of race items to addresses within the continental United States; virtual participants may complete the selected distance on a treadmill, neighborhood route, or another course.
Awards are given for male and female first overall in the 5K and 10K, and for 1st through 3rd place in 10-year age groups from age 10 and under to 70 and over. Pre-race packet pick-up occurs the day before at the Temple Terrace Recreation Center. Parking is available at Riverhills Elementary School. Race bibs cannot be transferred or sold.
