Run Tampa Tinsel Run
Run Tampa Tinsel Run takes place on December 12, 2026, at Al Lopez Park, 4810 N. Himes Ave., Tampa, FL. Activities, start/finish, and packet pickup are located at Shelter 315 on the back side of the park. Parking is free and participants may park anywhere in the park; the start/finish and packet pickup are a short walk from the front parking.

- 5K : chip timed, finisher medal
- Virtual 5K : shirt and medal mailed within continental US
- 1 Mile Fun Run : untimed, finisher medal
The 5K is chip timed and awards include unique stuffed gnome trophies to the top three overall male and female finishers, age-group awards three deep from Under 15 through 80 plus, shoes from Feet First and New Balance for first-place adults and first-place under 15, and $20 Feet First gift cards to first place in each age group. Two Middle of the Pack Awards include $100 toward running shoes from The Running Center.
Shirts are gender specific and are guaranteed for registrations completed by December 3; female shirts run small. Virtual registrations receive shirts and medals by mail, with shipping included to an address within the continental United States. Pre-race packet pickup is scheduled at local running stores in the days before the race.
Race bibs may not be transferred except through the event registration management system; legal transfers must be completed by December 6. Requests to change an in-person entry to virtual must be completed prior to November 28. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
