The event on July 18, 2026 includes a sprint triathlon, sprint triathlon divisions (Athena for females 165+ lbs., Clydesdale for males 220+ lbs.), sprint relay, sprint aquabike, and sprint duathlon. Some events are open to ages 13 and older. One hundred percent of the race proceeds are designated for the inner-city ministry Bridge Street Ministries.
Course and logistics
The swim is a 600 m triangular course that starts and finishes at the docks of Legacy Marina. Transition is located in the park next to Barrel Back Restaurant. The bike is a 12.4 mile out-and-back route along country roads on the south side of Walloon Lake. The run uses a two-loop course through Walloon Lake Township and finishes at the park by Legacy Marina. The duathlon begins with one loop of the run course, followed by the bike, then the full two-loop run. The aquabike combines the 600 m swim with the full bike course. Packet pickup and late registration take place at Legacy Marina Pro Shop on the day before the race and race morning; body marking is done at packet pickup and transition areas. Race items distributed include athlete bag, bib, bike number, swim cap, race shirt, timing chip (must be worn), and course maps. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
