Triple-H 5K Run and Walk
Triple H 5K is a community event led by ICHCare and Streams of Life Worship Center that brings together wellness outreach, nutrition awareness, workforce development, and youth service leadership. The event promotes prevention through health education and practical support aimed at reducing preventable disease and strengthening community well being.
The in-person 5K course begins and ends at Bill Frederick Park at Turkey Lake, 3401 South Hiawassee Road, Orlando, FL 32835. The course consists of two loops along a park route with a water station around the halfway mark. Water and additional refreshments will be available at the finish. Bicycles, roller skates, in-line skates, and dogs are not permitted on the course unless authorized. Participants are encouraged to limit headphone use to hear directions and announcements. Results will be available at the race for participants wearing the designated timing chip.
Event options and services include race shirts and finisher medals for registered 5K and virtual participants, a free kids run with medals for all finishers, team registration discounts for in-person teams of five or more, fundraising opportunities with prizes, and volunteer roles such as setup, registration, parking support, course guidance, and water stations.
