Triple H 5K Run and Walk
Triple H 5K, Heart, Health, and Hope, is a community event presented by ICHCare and Streams of Life Worship Center at Bill Frederick Park at Turkey Lake in Orlando, Florida. The event features an in-person 5K run and walk, a virtual 5K option, and a free kids' run for children 11 years old and under.

The course is a park-based route that begins and ends at Bill Frederick Park and is planned as two loops. Participants can expect event signage, volunteer course guidance, and a community atmosphere. For safety, bicycles, roller skates, in-line skates, and dogs are not permitted on the course unless authorized by organizers. Participants are encouraged to limit headphone use during the event.
Registration pricing is tiered: $35 through June 30, $45 from July 1 through August 7, and $55 on race day. The virtual 5K fee is $30. The kids' run is free but requires registration. Packet pickup will be available at the park pavilion and at an early pickup location at Streams of Life Worship Center; shirt sizes are not guaranteed for race day registration.
All registered 5K and virtual participants receive an event T-shirt and finisher medal. Kids in the free run receive a medal and may purchase a shirt for $10 while supplies last. Awards are given to the top three overall males and females and to the top three in each age group. Team registration options include a discount for groups of five or more and fundraising opportunities with prizes and recognition.
