Triple-H 5K Run and Walk
Triple H 5K, Heart Health Hope, is a community-centered run and walk taking place on August 8, 2026 at Bill Frederick Park at Turkey Lake in Orlando, FL. The event is presented by ICHCare and Streams of Life Worship Center and combines a prevention-focused wellness approach with education, nutrition awareness, workforce development, and youth service leadership.
Distances offered:
- 3.1 Miles in-person 5K
- 3.1 Miles virtual 5K
- 0.5 Miles free kids' run for ages 11 and under
The in-person 5K follows a park-based route beginning and ending at the park and consists of two loops. The course will have signage and volunteer guidance; bicycles, roller skates, in-line skates, and dogs are not permitted on the course unless authorized. Walkers and stroller participants are welcome and asked to stay to the right so runners can pass on the left. Participants who wear the designated timing chip are included in race results.
Awards will be given to the top three overall males and females and to the top three in each age group. All registered 5K participants receive an event T-shirt and finisher medal; kids in the free run receive medals and may purchase shirts while supplies last. Virtual participants may receive T-shirts and medals and can opt to have items mailed for a shipping fee of $7.50 for up to four packets to one address.
Registration fees vary by date: $35 early rate through July 15, $45 through August 7, and $55 race day. The virtual 5K fee is $30; the kids' run is free but requires registration. Teams of five or more receive a $5 per runner discount for in-person entries, and fundraising opportunities are available with incentives for top fundraisers and teams.
