Triple Crown Ultra

The Triple Crown is a point-to-point ultra marathon that links three mountains on Vancouver’s North Shore into a single continuous route. The event takes place on October 3, 2026, with the course based around Parkgate Village, Mount Seymour Parkway in North Vancouver, BC, Canada.

The route begins at the base of Mount Seymour, where runners complete a full ascent and descent on trails before heading west. The course follows sections of the Baden Powell Trail, connecting forested singletrack and neighbourhood connectors as it moves toward the second climb. The second ascent goes up Grouse Mountain via the Grouse Grind, followed by a descent down the BCMC and further travel across forested ridgelines toward the final mountain.

The day culminates on Cypress, where participants complete a final climb and descent on trails to finish the continuous route linking all three summits. The course totals roughly 57 km with about 3,500 m of elevation gain. The event is organised by the non-profit Triple Crown Running Society. Registration is limited and a registration fee is listed for the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
