Event overview
Myasthenia Gravis Association's Triple Crown Showdown 5k takes place on Sunday, May 3, 2026, in Leawood, Kansas. The event is the 15th annual edition and supports the Myasthenia Gravis Association. Proceeds fund support groups, clinics, new patient packets, one-to-one consultations, research, education and awareness activities. Over 15 years the event has raised more than $600,000.

- 1 Mile - 1 Mile Mosey
- Tot Trot - Kids run, age 8 and younger
- Virtual - Stuck in Your Stall (virtual option)
Entry fees listed on the organizer page are $20 for the 5K and 1 Mile, $15 for the Tot Trot, and $40 for the virtual option. The 5K and 1 Mile fees increase after January 16, 2026. The Tot Trot fee increases after February 13, 2026. The virtual entry has a stated capacity limit and a registration deadline of May 3, 2026.
