Myasthenia Gravis Association's Triple Crown Showdown 5k
The 15th annual Myasthenia Gravis Association Triple Crown Showdown 5k takes place in Leawood, Kansas at Town Center Plaza, 5000 W. 117th Street. The event program includes the MGA Triple Crown Showdown 5K Run and Walk, a 1 Mile Mosey, a Tot Trot for children age 8 and younger, and a virtual option called Stuck in Your Stall.
Proceeds support the Myasthenia Gravis Association and its services for people affected by myasthenia gravis. Listed support activities include local support groups, clinics, new patient packets, one to one consultations, research, and education and awareness events. The association states a focus on improving quality of life for those affected by this rare autoimmune neuromuscular disease.
