Club CAN Dash - Neurodiversity in Motion
The Club CAN Dash - Neurodiversity in Motion is the second annual community run and walk held on April 17, 2027 at Shawnee Mission Park, 7710 Renner Rd, Shawnee, KS. The event supports Club CAN - Community Appreciating Neurodiversity Inc. and its mission to create socialization opportunities and serve as a workforce bridge for neurodivergent individuals. The event welcomes participants who run, walk, roll, or observe from the course.
Distances offered:
- 5K Walk/Run/Roll, registration fee $35
- 1 Mile Run/Walk/Roll/Kids Run, ages 5 and up, registration fee $25
Registration opens June 23, 2026 and closes December 25, 2026. Registration includes a t-shirt; guaranteed t-shirts are available to participants who register by March 26. Packet pick-up is available before race day (April 15, 2027) at Always and Forever Permanent Jewelry and Art Studio in Lenexa, and on race day at the Shawnee Mission Theater in the Park lot.
The event includes individual and team fundraising options and a raffle with an early bird price of $15 per ticket until April 16, 2027; prices increase after that date. An After-Bash celebration will follow the race and will feature food, raffle drawings, and games. Dogs are allowed on course if leashed.
