Trinona
Trinona is a multisport event in Winona, MN held June 14, 2026, with the finish area at Winona Lake Park Bandshell, 113 Lake Park Dr, Winona, MN 55987.
The course includes an open-water swim beneath Sugarloaf, a bike route through bluff country, and a flat run around Lake Winona. Events finish at the Lake Winona Bandshell.

- Olympic Course: 0.93 mile swim, 25.3 mile bike, 6.2 mile run
- Sprint Course: 0.25 mile swim, 11 mile bike, 3.1 mile run
- Aquabike Olympic: 0.93 mile swim, 25.3 mile bike
- Aquabike Sprint: 0.25 mile swim, 11 mile bike
- Duathlon: 2.1 mile run, 11 mile bike, 3.1 mile run
The weekend program includes a packet pick-up and multisport expo the day before the race and race day activities the following day, including transitions, swim waves, a duathlon mass start, post-race meal service, and awards.
Event services include professional timing, a custom finisher medal for participants, a commemorative event T-shirt by District, and a custom water bottle. Awards are presented for overall and age group placings in each division, top relay teams, and the King and Queen of the Bluff for the fastest climb of Garvin Heights.
