Trifarm Sprint Triathlon Equinox Edition
The event takes place at Trifarm in the Chelmer Valley on 5 September 2027. A permit is in progress. The organiser expects about 150 competitors and online entry closes on 29 August 2027. Entry fee is £50.00.
Two race distances are offered:
- Trifarm Sprint: Swim 800m, Bike 18km, Run 5km
- Trifarm Super Sprint: Swim 400m, Bike 18km, Run 3km
Swims take place in the Trifarm lake in open water. The bike leg is an 18km road route described as hilly and includes the climb up North Hill. Run stages are on gravel around the lake perimeter; the Sprint run is listed as flat while the Super Sprint run is listed as hilly. Transitions use grass and measure about 25 m; the transition area is set more than 20 m from the first stage. Run stages note closed roads in places.
Event features include changing facilities, chip timing, finishers medals, numbered racking, parking, prizes, published results, and toilets. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
