Race headquarters are located on the promenade adjacent to Ness Road on the Esplanade, Southend-on-Sea, SS3 9HG. Parking is available adjacent to the race HQ and along the promenade; local parking charges may apply. The closest railway station is Thorpe Bay, about 1 mile from the race HQ. Detailed route maps, including GPX files, are available for download. Entry benefits include a bespoke medal, free photographs, and trophies or prizes for leading runners. On-the-day entry fees (subject to availability) are listed as £25 for the 5 Mile and £7 for the Junior Scurry. Event information is sent to registered entrants prior to race day.
