GOLD COAST is a round of the Ramsay Health Care Triathlon Pink series held on 22 February 2026 at the Gold Coast Performance Centre in Runaway Bay, QLD, Australia. Race formats and distances
The event includes multiple triathlon distances and fun runs with specified minimum ages.
- Ultra: 600 m swim, 16 km bike, 7.5 km run. Min age 15.
- Long: 300 m swim, 8 km bike, 5 km run. Min age 13.
- Medium: 200 m swim, 6 km bike, 2.5 km run. Min age 12.
- Short: 100 m swim, 4 km bike, 1.2 km run. Min age 10.
- Kids 10-13: 100 m swim, 4 km bike, 1.2 km run. Min age 10-13.
- Kids 7-9: 50 m swim, 2 km bike, 500 m run. Min age 7-9.
- Fun runs: 10 km, 5 km, 2.5 km, 1.2 km with minimum ages 12, 11, 7, and no minimum respectively; children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult for the 1.2 km.
