Super Sprint Race Weekend : Australian Championship
Super Sprint Race Weekend is an Australian Championship event held at the Gold Coast Performance Centre, Runaway Bay, over three days in December 2026. The program includes Aquathlon, running, cycling and multiple triathlon races across age categories from Rookies through U23.
Eligible age categories are:
- Rookies (12-13 years as at 31/12/2027)
- Youth (14-15 years as at 31/12/2027)
- Junior (16-19 years as at 31/12/27)
- U23 (20-23 years as at 31/12/27)
Rookie and Youth entries require AusTriathlon Draft Legal credential and an active Standard or Premium membership for Youth and Junior categories. The Draft Legal endorsement requires completion of Level 1 cycling skills and entry in the Draft Legal Endorsement Register.
Course components are specified by discipline:
- Swim in the GCPC Aquatic Centre 50m pool
- Bike on the Luke Harrop Cycling Circuit, described as flat with a slight hill, technical and multi-lap
- Run on the GCPC athletic track, flat and multi-lap

- Swim 150–300 m, Bike 2.5–9.0 km, Run 1.0–1.5 km Entry fees listed include Rookie $69, Youth $169, Junior U23 $199. An athlete guide and full event rules are provided by the organiser.
