Event overview
The Wild Earth NYE Resolution Run takes place on Wednesday, 31 December 2025 at Alabaster Fields (East), Carrara, immediately across the road from Emerald Lakes Golf Club. The event includes a community carnival with food trucks, live music, jumping castles, giant games, a pop-up bar (no BYO), and a fireworks display at 7.30pm. Event parking is available off Alabaster Drive with capacity for over 500 vehicles; parking there is via a gold coin donation that supports Rotary Ashmore. Additional street parking is available at the Gold Coast Sports precinct.
Races, inclusions and on-site services
Races are held on the Emerald Lakes Golf Course, shaded wetlands paths and a flat lakeside path. Distances offered include:
- 13 km Run the World
- 9 km fisiocrem
- 4 km mygc physio
- 4 km Run Resilience Pram Push
- 2.5 km Essential Energy Solar Dash (junior)
- 1.25 km Emerald Lakes Golf Club Junior Bolt
- Virtual race option
Participants choose either a finisher’s medal and run cap or a personalised 2025 beach towel with a race gift and a post-race drink. All options can be taken together for an extra fee. On-site recovery includes free drinks (including a kids’ Zooper Dooper), iced water, FIXX Nutrition FUEL X electrolyte and free post-race massages from fisiocrem.
