Triangle Sprint & Mini-Sprint : New Hill, NC
The Triangle Sprint & Mini-Sprint is scheduled for May 30, 2026 at Harris County Park in New Hill, North Carolina. The event is presented as three separate race options: a traditional Sprint triathlon, a Mini Sprint designed for less experienced open-water swimmers, and a new Super Mini youth triathlon for 2026. The Sprint program also includes Individual, Relay, and Aquabike entries.
Race distances are:
- Sprint: Swim 750 meters; Bike 25K; Run 5K
- Mini Sprint: Swim 400 meters; Bike 8.25 miles; Run 1.5 miles
- Super Mini Youth: Swim 100 yards; Bike 2.5 miles; Run 1K
Registration opens on November 1, 2025. Packet pick-up is available at an off-site retail location on the Friday before the race and at the race site on race day; a photo ID is required and participants must collect their own packet. The event materials include course maps for swim, bike, and run segments, bike cue sheets for some courses, and published event rules and policies such as wetsuit guidance and inclement weather policy. The organizer will replace in-person pre-race meetings with a participant video posted online prior to the race.
