Events
The Triangle Sprint & Mini-Sprint event on Saturday, May 30, 2026, includes three main categories:
- Sprint: Includes Sprint Individual, Sprint Relay, and Sprint Aquabike events.

Race Distances

Location & Logistics
The event takes place at Harris County Park in New Hill, North Carolina.
Packet pickup is available at two locations. On Friday, it is only at Inside-Out Sports in Cary. On Saturday, it is only at the race site, Harris County Park. A photo ID is required for packet pickup, and participants must pick up their own packets. The event provides a participant video online in place of an in-person meeting.
