Triangle Sprint & Mini-Sprint

The Triangle Sprint & Mini-Sprint is scheduled for Saturday, May 30, 2026, at Harris County Park in New Hill, NC 27562. The event includes a Sprint race with individual, relay, and aquabike options, plus a Mini Sprint Individual race.

Distances

Sprint: 750 m swim, 25K bike, 5K run
Mini-Sprint: 400 m swim, 8.25 miles bike, 1.5 miles run

Registration and fees

Registration opens on November 1, 2025. Sprint entry fees are listed in a range of $50 to $110. The Mini Sprint fee is $60. Prices increase after December 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.

Packet pick-up and race information

Packet pick-up is available only at Inside-Out Sports (2002 Grisdale Lane, Cary) on the pre-race day and only at the race site (Harris County Park) on race day. A photo ID is required for packet pick-up. Cash, check, or credit card are accepted. All participants must pick up their own packet, including relay team members. In-person participant meetings have been replaced by a posted participant video. Event pages include swim, bike, and run course details, bike cue sheets, rules, and USAT wetsuit information.
