Event Concept
The Tri-Town Loop is a self-guided community run, different from a traditional race. Participants complete the course on their own during a designated period.
The Route
The mapped 5K (3.1-mile) course connects three communities. It begins at the historic Beaver Brook Reservation in Belmont Hill. The route then passes the western edge of Arlington Heights and through the tree-lined streets of the Waverley area. It finishes at the Newton Centre Playground in Newton.
Participation
The event takes place during a "Race Week" from February 16th through 21st. Runners can complete the loop at their own pace anytime within that week. After finishing, participants can upload their time and a photo from the finish line to a community leaderboard. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
