Tri The Mountains Sprint Triathlon
Tri The Mountains takes place on September 20, 2026 at Lake Blue Ridge Marina in Blue Ridge, Georgia. The event program includes a sprint triathlon, a relay division, and an aqua bike division held at the marina and nearby roads.
Distances for the standard sprint course:
- 400 yard swim
- 18 mile bike
- 5K run
The swim uses a time trial start, follows a triangle shape, and is self seeded. The bike course is an out and back route with rolling hills. The run is a point to point course that also features rolling hills.
Registration details vary by division. Registration opens on 11/13/2025 for the sprint triathlon and on 11/12/2025 for the relay and aqua bike; registration closes on 9/5/2026.
