Tri Faster Cheers to 20 Years 5k
Tri Faster Cheers to 20 Years 5k is a free, untimed community run and walk held at Fox Brook Park in Brookfield, Wisconsin on Sunday, August 16, 2026. The event marks the 20th anniversary of Tri Faster and includes a short, looped course that circles the park lake three times.
The course is described as easy and flat, combining paved trails with sections of in-park road. The event format is informal and intended for participants to run or walk the 5k distance at their own pace. All participants receive a 20 year anniversary branded race belt.
Registration for the event opens in May and closes in mid-August. Although the event is free, the organizer requests that participants register and check in at the event pavilion so staff can account for people on the course.
A 20 year celebration follows the run and includes lunch, games and an obstacle course.
