If the race is canceled for reasons beyond the control of the race director or committee, refunds will not be made; race packets, including shirts, will be made available at a location to be determined. Refund policy: no refunds within 30 days of the event. Requests made earlier than 30 days before the event may receive a 50% refund of the entry fee, excluding processing fees. Entries cannot be transferred or deferred to another event or year. Entries may be transferred to another individual for a $5 transfer fee; transferred entries cannot change t-shirt size.
