If the race is canceled for reasons beyond the control of the race director or committee, refunds will not be issued; race packets, including race shirts, will be made available at a location to be determined. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event. More than 30 days before the event, a refund request may be made for 50% of the entry fee, excluding processing fees. Entries cannot be deferred or transferred to another event or year. Entries may be transferred to another individual for a $5 transfer fee; t-shirt size cannot be changed when transferring.
