Trenton Fish and Game Club Autism Awareness Run/Walk
The event is a fundraising trail run and walk held at the Trenton Fish and Game Club in Holland Patent, New York. Its primary purpose is to raise money for autism awareness, with proceeds donated to Kelberman and additional donations to the Trenton Fish and Game Club and the Utica Road Runners. The overall male and female winners may direct a donation to a charity of their choice.
The course runs on non-technical hiking and ski trails through pines and open hardwoods. Water is provided at aid stations. Timing services are provided by the Utica Road Runners. The event is organized to keep expenses low and therefore there are no age group awards.
Packet pickup is available at The Sneaker Store, 24 Genesee St, New Hartford, NY, and packets can also be collected the morning of the event at the Trenton Fish and Game Club, 8001 Wood Rd, Holland Patent, NY. Race day registration is available.
Quality USA made Drymax socks are provided to the first 100 participants, donated by Drymax. A supervised kids fun trail run is offered with no entry fee. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
