Trenton Fish and Game Club Autism Awareness Run/Walk
This community event in Holland Patent, NY raises funds for autism awareness and local organizations. Donations from the event are designated for the Kelberman Center, the Trenton Fish and Game Club, the Utica Road Runners, and the overall male and female race winners' charities of choice. The event is organized to be low-key to maximize donations and does not offer age group awards.
The course uses non-technical hiking and ski trails that wind through pines and open hardwoods on the Trenton Fish and Game Club property. Aid stations will provide water. Timing is provided by the Utica Road Runners. Walkers are welcome and a supervised kids fun run is included.
Distances offered:
- 5 miles trail run (race)
- 5 miles walk
- 1K kids fun trail run
Entry details include a registration fee of $35 for the 5-mile race and walk, and no fee for the kids 1K. Race day registration is available. Packet pickup is available at The Sneaker Store in New Hartford and on the morning of the event at the Trenton Fish and Game Club.
