Event Overview
Treat Yo Self is a community run and walk held in Cleveland, Ohio. The event takes place at Brewnuts on Detroit Road and features multiple distances to accommodate different ages and preferences. Participants can choose between a 5K Run/Walk, a 1 Mile Walk, and a specific event for children. Due to the nature of the course, dogs and strollers are not permitted at this event.

Participant Amenities and Awards
Registrants for the 5K and 1 Mile events receive a custom race shirt, chip-timed results, and the second half of the Donut Series finisher medal. Every participant in these categories also receives a complimentary donut from Brewnuts.
Children taking part in the Donut Dash receive a donut and a themed goodie bag. Awards are presented for the 5K distance to the top five male and female finishers. Recognition is also provided for the top five male and female finishers in the masters division for those aged 65 and older.
Registration Details
The event has a non-refundable entry policy. While entries cannot be transferred to future years or other races, participants may transfer their entry to another person at no extra cost during scheduled packet pickups before the day of the race.
