Trailblazer Race 2026 - Mountain View, CA
The Trailblazer Race is a community running and walking event held in Mountain View along the Stevens Creek Trail and Shoreline Park. The event includes multiple courses on asphalt trail that pass views of wildlife, salt ponds, and surrounding mountains. The walk follows Stevens Creek Trail south toward the Evelyn Avenue bridge and is shaded by trees.

- 10K run
- 5K run
- 3 mile walk
- Kids 1 mile fun run
Paid participants receive a custom event T shirt, a participation medal, refreshments, and a prize drawing ticket. 5K and 10K entries also receive official chipped timing results, a downloadable finisher certificate, and finish line photos. T shirt size is guaranteed for registrations by August 30th; afterward sizes are first come first served. There are no refunds.
Awards are given for overall male and female winners in the 10K and 5K, and medals are awarded three deep across standard age divisions. Military, veterans, and first responders may use promo code Honor26 for a 25 percent discount with proof of service required at check in.
Free kids activities are available for young children; a waiver is required for the kids 1 mile fun run and parents must remain with their children. Dogs are not permitted in Shoreline Park or Don Edwards wildlife refuge areas. Volunteers are welcomed and receive a race T shirt, refreshments, and entry into the prize drawing.
