The Town of Oyster Bay Supervisor's 5K Run/Walk takes place on October 18, 2025, at the Oyster Bay Community Center in Townsend Square, Oyster Bay, NY. The run serves as the kickoff event for the 2025 Oyster Festival. Race administration is by the Town of Oyster Bay Department of Parks and Recreation and the Greater Long Island Running Club. Registration options list early, regular and race-day pricing for the 5K and wheelchair entry, with a separate resident rate for Town of Oyster Bay residents and a 50% discount for children 16 and under. The course is a USATF certified 5 kilometer route described as scenic. Bib pickup is available at Runner's Edge Farmingdale before race day and at the Oyster Bay Community Center on race day; shirts may be picked up on race day. Results are provided live online, by email or text, and same-day finish line photos and video are available.
