Newcastle Town Moor Half Marathon, 10k, 5k & Junior Race
This event stages multiple distances around Exhibition Park and the Town Moor in Newcastle upon Tyne. The course uses wide park paths and is run as laps linking the historic Exhibition Park with the open space of the Town Moor.

- Half Marathon - multi-lap route around Town Moor and Exhibition Park.
- 10K - looped course on wide park paths.
- 5K - short loop on mixed surfaces.
- Junior Race - a shorter course for younger runners.
The surface is a mix of tarmac and compact gravel and the route is flat with around 45 m elevation gain on the 10K. Marshals and clear signage are positioned throughout, including at the split point where race distances separate and later rejoin. Water stations are placed around the course at approximately every 5k, with bottled water available at the finish. Entries include a themed medal, free race photos, chip timed results, post race goodies and an informal bag drop using baggage tags attached to race numbers.
Practical information notes that race packs are not posted and must be collected at registration on race day. There is no dedicated event parking at Exhibition Park; nearby options include Claremont Road Car Park and university car parks. The event village is pedestrian access only. Nearest Metro is Haymarket, about a 10 minute walk, and local buses serve Great North Road and Claremont Road. Spectators have accessible viewing areas and dogs are allowed in public areas on a lead.
