Tour des Marches Challenge Walk

Tour des Marches Challenge Walk is a fundraising walking event staged from Wistanstow Village Hall in southwest Shropshire, organized by the LDWA Marches Group. Participants choose 12, 18, or 26 miles, routing west to Clun, north to Bishop’s Castle, and back to Wistanstow. The undulating course traverses the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and rural cattle and sheep country.

The event is known for its friendly, oversubscribed atmosphere, full support and checkpoints, snacks, and a hot finish meal. It has raised over £22,000 for local causes.
