Format and services: runners and hikers are welcome, and participants are allowed up to four hours to finish. Clock timing will be used and results will be posted on UltraSignup. Aid stations provide water only; the event is cupless so participants must bring their own hydration device. The finish area will offer cold fizzy water, soda, and light snacks.
Course and rules: alternate routes may be used if trails are closed. The course will be marked with flagging and explained at the pre-race briefing. Participants must follow the marked course, pack out any litter, and follow park rules including no alcohol. Poles are not allowed except by medical exemption. Dogs are permitted on leash and must be controlled and cleaned up after. Personal music is allowed with headphones at a volume that permits awareness of others. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult for the entire race.
Swag and awards: all registrants receive a trail-specific sticker and a single special piece of swag. Finishers of each stage receive a handmade finishers award, and athletes who complete all six races in the series receive a special finishers award. Each race awards first, second, and third place podiums for women, men, and non-binary categories. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
